Last orders online for Christmas delivery is 5th December. Any orders placed after that date aren’t guaranteed for Christmas. Thank you for your support this festive season! The studio will be open every Wednesday to Saturday until Christmas for in-person purchases!

SHIPPING.

JEWELLERY: As each jewellery item is handmade to order, please allow up to 3 weeks from the day of purchase for your order to be dispatched. I will however aim to make and send as soon as possible. If you require your jewellery at short notice or a shipping option/country different to those stated below, please send an email to info@daisyv.com.

LIFESTYLE: Any lifestyle products ordered (that don’t include jewellery) will be dispatched within 5 working days from day of purchase.

All items are sent via Royal Mail and packaged using 100% plastic free and recycled, biodegradeable materials. Jewellery items are also packaged in a cotton bag and box, although there is a minimal packaging option for jewellery items of just the cotton bag without the box, if preferred.

• Canada + USA - £15 - Royal Mail International Tracked (5-7 working days from day of dispatch)

• Australia + New Zealand - £15 - Royal Mail International Tracked (5-7 working days from day of dispatch)

Please note: Should you live in a destination that charges customs or import duties, you will be charged for these once the parcel reaches it’s destination country, which is your responsibility. Unfortunately, I cannot advise on these charges as these vary from country to country, but I would recommend speaking with your local customs office before placing an order. Whilst I complete the relevant customs information forms for items shipped outside of the UK, I cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to items being held up at customs.

RETURNS.

My aim is to create jewellery that you’ll love and treasure forever. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please send an email to info@daisyv.com stating your reason for returning and return the item/s in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your jewellery. A full refund minus postage will be given. Please return in person to the studio, or send back to me using a tracked & signed service with insurance. I cannot be held responsible for items that go missing en route. I regret that refunds cannot be given on custom or personalised items. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are also non-returnable.

Please note that sterling silver is fragile and should be handled with care: although my pieces can be bent to ensure a perfect fit, repeated bending will weaken the silver and cause it to break, therefore keep adjustments to the very minimum. Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for any items that are damaged as a result of repeated bending.

Lastly, please bear in mind that my collection is finished to create a rustic, handmade aesthetic, so any nicks and scratches are all part of the finish and add to it’s uniqueness! This also means that no two items are exactly the same and may differ slightly from the pictures.
